Flow Yoga focuses on vinyasa style yoga that connects your breath to movements. It builds strength and flexibility, and helps you to expel toxins by sweating and helps relax your mind through the synchronized breathing.
A more challenging and vigorous led class with less basic instruction will be given. The class will be focusing equally on strength and functional mobility, incorporating traditional yoga postures, inversions, and some dynamic movement. A certain amount of familiarity with the practice is required.
