Vinyasa which means breath-synchronized movement, tends to be a more vigorous style with a series of poses that will move you through the power of breathing inhaling and exhaling. A Vinyasa Yoga requires some stamina and also incorporating more advance postures with options. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama).
