Hatha Yoga is a basic form of yoga that is easy to learn, also the foundation of all yoga styles. It utilizes classical yoga postures, and different sequencing that changes depending on the instructor. Its purpose is to strengthen, open, and cleanse the body.
Students with minimum 6 months of regular practice are encouraged to join this class. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow. Students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.
