Classes are conducted in true tradition with mind-body awareness, graduating from a thorough warm up which activates blood circulation and energy flow to prepare the joints and entire body to a crest with classical yoga postures (asanas) for specific health benefits such as reducing stress, managing blood pressure and heart rate, increasing flexibility and stamina, an improved immune system, better balance & coordination, strengthens muscles, lubricates joints, enhances internal organ function, improved clarity of mind and alleviates depression and anxiety. Complete with a guided deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and light meditation this session leaves one feeling like new.
Customers are advised to bring own yoga mat.
